There are many tests on the market that try to measure our personality. It is not an easy task, and some do it better than others. We find that Hogan's Personality Inventory (HPI), is one of those who do this best. This is related to Hogan's more than four decades of validated research on the impact of personality on organizational success, and which personality traits promote success in different roles.

The dark side of personality

In many cases, it is not enough to test our normal personality, often known as the Big 5 personality traits. What destroys us in the workplace is usually the darker side of our personality, our areas of development. These often emerge under stress and pressure, and in today's hectic working life, many people experience this daily. Hogan Assessment system's unique Hogan Descriptive Scales (HDS) The test measures precisely this and the results can be used in talent management processes, recruitment assignments and in leadership development, career development and coaching.

Often, there can be things that are normally our strengths but that under stress are used too much and too extreme.
