Leadership development
Leadership development for self-insight and support in developing as a leader. Use of personality tests and preference instruments to promote self-insight and understanding of how others experience one's own behavior and leadership style. Help to develop in one's own leadership role, linked to both the company's and the team's needs as a manager, but also linked to one's own personal style and preferences. Training and cases in the "difficult conversation" are recommended for most management development processes we run.
Team building
We evaluate and develop teams and help them move in the same direction. We focus on self-awareness and good communication, as well as training them to draw on each other's strengths instead of getting annoyed by differences. Team building promotes trust and cooperation in the team, and can prevent misunderstandings and painful conflicts. Read more here about how we can help you develop good teams.
Individual coaching
We coach and assist managers in developing their full potential. The coaching is based on the manager's actual work situation and that the answers to the manager's opportunity for development and change often lie with the manager himself. Many managers do not prioritize in a hectic working day to analyze and think more closely about what can be done differently in relation to their behaviour, how others experience their leadership style and way of communicating. We help the manager to better understand himself and his actions. We make it possible for the manager to go by himself; what drives me, why do I make the choices I do, what consequences does this have? What possibilities open up if I do something differently?
